Independent Travel Expectations

Trip hosts are present to help coordinate the group experience. Guests must be able to: keep up with the group and follow the daily schedule as planned, carry and manage their own luggage, and navigate accommodations, venues, and activity locations independently.

Please note that our trip hosts are not able to provide support with wheelchairs or other personal mobility devices. If you require this level of assistance, we kindly ask that you travel with a companion who can support your needs.

Expectations: To fully take advantage of all this package offers, guests need to be able to walk longer distances, climb several flights of stairs and navigate steps and uneven terrain walking for extended periods of time over more difficult terrain (e.g. cobblestones, city hills, stairs without handrails, limited or no access to elevators). Guests should be prepared for extended periods of standing and walking to locations where coaches are prohibited.
